So, I tried this walking out your bad mood method and it works!! It was a very long week and I was being awful to everyone, I remember seeing this message and put it to the test. When, I returned home after my brief, chill the hell out workout, I was clear minded, saw things in more of a positive view, and last but not least I was happier. So try it out!!!
